Better if you use WinZip CLASSIC. Select the option "Extract to..." and be sure that the last option at the left of the window ("use folder names") is checked, otherwise the game files will be extracted into the same root directory. DON'T USE THE OPTION "Extract to [suggested folder]" !!!

Based on the old electronic game Simon Set, EL GATO VOLADOR (DA FLYIN' CAT) takes the idea of the classic old game adding new features, improved difficulty and a bit of humor. The goal of the game is to memorize and repeat in turns the sequences of movements of FIFI and FOFO, the cats starring the game. Each sequence correctly repeated s rewarded with fishes, however if the cat fails he loses a life and the turn is passed to the other player. The match finalizes when either cat loses all the lives (3)... then the opponent cat results victorious!

Itīs curious. When i first started programming the now called EL GATO VOLADOR (The Flying Cat), six weeks ago, I never thought about cats, not even about these crazy and funny cats. All started as a little and fast project inside TEG, being my first program under the dark hand of micro$oft windoze/pc. I was accustomed to the friendly and well designed AMIGA CD32-SX1, computer since 1996 (I had an Amiga 500 before), old days when i first met Mr.Byte thanks to a telephone number shown in one of the legendary Commodore64 intros of TWIN EAGLES GROUP, back in '90s...
REWIND... and back to the matter of our intesrest! EL GATO VOLADOR is a videogame based on the old electronic gameset Simon, but with a much better plot and graphics. Two cats, FIFI and FOFO,the first one athletic and smart, the second one very heavy and with displacement problems, stand in a "dancing" duel, where only the best will remain alive.
